Meet Tiffany

Franchise Advisor | Operations & Multi-Unit Experience


Tiffany Houston brings over 20 years of hands-on experience owning, operating, managing, and leading businesses built on repeatable systems, brand standards, and unit-level economics—the core of successful franchising.


Her background spans franchise ownership, branded hospitality, retail operations, and service-based businesses, including:

• Owner & Operator of a nationally branded hospitality franchise
• General Manager of franchise and corporate retail locations
• Founder & Operator of a clinic built on franchise-style systems, SOPs, and compliance.


• Leadership roles in luxury hospitality and multi-department operations

Tiffany has lived franchising from the inside—managing P&Ls, labor, brand compliance, vendor relationships, audits, staffing, and customer experience across multiple environments.

She understands:
• What franchisors expect
• What franchisees struggle with
• How unit economics actually play out
• Where operational risk hides


As a Franchise Advisor, Tiffany helps clients match the right franchise to their strengths, lifestyle goals, and risk tolerance, while ensuring they fully understand the operational reality—not just the brochure.

Meet Brian

Business Consultant | Land Acquisition,& Construction


Brian Houston brings more than 24 years of executive-level experience in business consulting, land development, construction management, and capital-intensive projects .


He is the founder of EKS Engineering & Consulting, a firm he grew to over $10 million in annual revenue, delivering complex commercial projects throughout Arizona and the Southwest.


Brian’s background includes:
• Land acquisition & feasibility analysis
• Zoning, entitlement, and permitting
• Design-build construction management
• Capital budgeting & ROI modeling
• Multi-million-dollar project execution
• Contract negotiation & risk mitigation


His work spans QSR, retail centers, hospitality, medical offices, industrial facilities, public infrastructure — and even projects inside the protected area of a U.S. nuclear power plant.


In the franchise context, Brian helps clients see what many advisors can’t:
